UEFA has announced that an official Player of the Match award, presented by PlayStation, will be issued after every match in the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League season. This initiative is aimed at recognizing the top performers in Europe’s elite club competition.
The selection for the Player of the Match will be determined by the UEFA Technical Observer panel present at each fixture. The honored player will receive an official trophy immediately after the match ends.
