The family of Jason Corbett, the Limerick man who was tragically murdered in North Carolina eight years ago, is set to feature in an upcoming Netflix documentary titled ‘A Deadly American Marriage.’ The film, which took four years to produce, aims to shed light on the circumstances surrounding Jason’s death and the perceived failures of the judicial system.

In the documentary, which is scheduled to premiere on May 9th, interviews with Jason’s family, including his children Jack (20) and Sarah (18), are featured prominently. Jack recounted that he never saw his father lay hands on Molly Martens, his father’s American wife. The documentary also includes insights from Molly Martens and her father, Tom Martens, who is a former FBI agent. They continue to assert that they acted in self-defense during the violent incident.
