The Indiana Pacers continued their impressive form with a close 111-105 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Monday night, thanks to a last-second 3-pointer from Myles Turner.

Myles Turner was the standout player, finishing with 23 points and 10 rebounds. His decisive shot came with just 16 seconds remaining on the clock, clinching the Pacers’ fifth consecutive win.

Pascal Siakam also contributed significantly, adding 20 points to the tally. On the opposing side, Jonathan Kuminga led the Warriors with 26 points and 8 rebounds, while superstar Stephen Curry struggled throughout the game, shooting only 2-for-13 and netting 10 points.

Despite his struggles, Curry finally made a 3-pointer late in the third quarter after missing his first five attempts. His attempt to secure the lead for the Warriors in the final minute, however, fell short.

The Pacers, having won six of their last seven games, delivered an impressive back-to-back performance, following a 122-95 win over the Sacramento Kings the day before.

Turner’s performance was crucial, especially in light of Curry’s tough outing that saw him restricted due to the Pacers’ effective defensive strategy. Curry did not score until the second quarter and managed just two free throws before finding his rhythm.

The Warriors faced further challenges with the absence of G Gary Payton II, who missed the game due to a bruised left calf. However, Moses Moody returned from a four-game injury absence, providing some depth off the bench.

Following the game, the Warriors honored baseball Hall of Famer Rickey Henderson with a moment of silence after his recent passing.

The Pacers have also remained unbeaten in games played at the Chase Center, boasting a perfect 6-0 record.

As they look ahead, the Warriors will host LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers in a much-anticipated Christmas Day game, while the Pacers prepare to face the Oklahoma City Thunder at home on Thursday.
