This excitement continued with a follow-up video released on December 16, where Cory laid out his “ultimate goal” — to secure an anime adaptation for ‘Monsters We Make’.
In this context, Cory directly reached out to top-tier studios including Netflix, Crunchyroll, and MAPPA, all known for their acclaimed works on popular anime such as ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ and ‘Attack on Titan’. He encouraged these studios to consider adapting his manga, emphasizing the potential he believes it carries. He stated, ‘I do feel Monsters We Make will be special. Netflix, Crunchyroll — MAPPA, I’m looking at you. Whoever wants to come put in their bids, do it early. I think I have something.’
